How is CartMi completely free?
We don't believe in charging busy people to save time during the holidays. CartMi is 100% free to use, and we never ask for your credit card. Instead, we partner with Amazon's Associate Program. When you click "Send Cart to Amazon" and check out securely through your own account, Amazon pays us a small finder's fee for organizing the cart, at absolutely zero extra cost to you.
Is my personal and payment information safe?
Completely. CartMi is a logic and math engine, not a payment processor. We never handle, see, or store your credit card details or home address. Your final checkout happens entirely inside Amazon's native, secure website using the payment profiles and passwords you already trust.
What if an item on everyone's wishlist isn't on Amazon?
Don't worry! If a wishlist item points to an external store or a generic handwritten term, CartMi's smart resolver automatically finds a popular Amazon match. If it can't find a great match, we'll list it under "We'll help you grab these on Amazon" after you send your cart. You can pick a suggested Amazon item, search Amazon, paste an amazon.com product link, mark Buy Offline, or tick "Got it" and type the price you paid to reserve that cash.
Can I use my Amazon Prime benefits?
Yes! Because the final checkout happens directly inside your personal Amazon account, your usual Prime shipping and Amazon's return policies apply as normal.
